2. Product Description

The Product is a software-based trading indicator for use on the TradingView platform. The Product is designed to assist traders in making informed decisions by analyzing market trends and predicting future price movements. The Product is regularly updated to ensure optimal performance and stay ahead of the market.

The price of the Product is

The price includes any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The payment must be made in Dollar.

5. Payment Terms

The Buyer shall pay the price of the Product in full prior to delivery. Payment can be made by Credit card, Bank Transfer or cryptocurrency.

6. Delivery

The Product shall be delivered to the Buyer via electronic delivery to the email address provided by the Buyer.

7. Refunds

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Product, the Buyer may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

SELLER'S LIABILITY TO BUYER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID BY BUYER FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Intellectual Property

The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Buyer acknowledges that the Product is proprietary to Seller and that the Buyer shall not duplicate, copy, or reverse engineer the Product.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

11. Assignment

The Buyer shall not assign this Agreement or transfer any rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Seller.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

13. Amendment

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by written instrument executed by both parties.

14. Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision.
